Buttonhook Concepts LLC Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

  • Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

  • Must comply with all federal, state, and local laws regarding the ownership and possession of firearm parts and accessories.

  • Void where prohibited.

  • Must be a U.S. citizen.

2. Giveaway Items & MSRP

  • LaRue MBT-2S Straight Bow Trigger – MSRP $115.00 (SKU: LT-MBT-2S-SB)

  • Radian Raptor SD Charging Handle – MSRP $134.95 (SKU: R0006)

  • Radian Talon Safety Selector – 2 Lever Kit – MSRP $64.95 (SKU: R0018)

  • Standard color option is Black. The winner may elect to exchange the Raptor SD and/or Talon for a different color. Any change in color may result in additional lead time based on current stock availability.

3. Entry Methods

  • Purchase Entries: One (1) entry will be awarded for every $1.00 spent on buttonhookconcepts.com. Eligible orders include all purchases made from July 1, 2025, through the giveaway end date.

  • No Purchase Necessary (Free Entries):

    • Instagram: Share the giveaway post to your Instagram Story and ensure you receive a reply from us confirming you have been entered. Post found here - Instagram Giveaway Post

    • Facebook: Share the giveaway post on Facebook, tag our page, and confirm via Messenger that we have entered you. Post found here - Facebook Giveaway Post

    • Instagram and Facebook shares are worth one (1) entry each, with a maximum of two (2) shares per platform, for a total maximum of four (4) free entries per person.

Fine Print – Alternative Free Entry by Mail:
To enter without making a purchase or using social media, send a handwritten or printed postcard with your full name, mailing address, phone number, email address, and the words “August 2025 Giveaway” to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than August 15, 2025 and received by August 21, 2025 to be eligible. Each valid mail-in entry will be worth the equivalent of four (4) free entries. Limit one mail-in entry per person.

4. Winner Selection & Notification

  • All entries will be compiled into a spreadsheet containing qualifying orders and social media/mail-in entries.

  • A random number generator will be used to select the winning entry.

  • Winner will be selected on Friday, August 22, 2025, at 4:00 PM CST.

  • Winners who entered via purchase will be notified by email. Winners who entered via Facebook or Instagram will be notified via direct message on the platform used to enter.

  • The winner must respond within 48 hours with valid shipping details. If no response is received within this time, a new winner will be selected using the same process.

5. Taxes, Shipping & Fees

  • All applicable federal, state, and local taxes related to the prize will be covered by Buttonhook Concepts LLC.

  • Standard shipping to the winner will also be covered by Buttonhook Concepts LLC.

6. Use of Name & Likeness

  • By entering, you agree to allow Buttonhook Concepts LLC to publicly announce your name and/or social media handle on our website and social media channels as the giveaway winner.

7. General Release & Limitation of Liability

  • By participating in this giveaway, you release and hold harmless Buttonhook Concepts LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of your participation, the selection of winners, and/or the acceptance and use of the prize.

  • Buttonhook Concepts LLC is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected entries or notifications.

8. Agreement to Official Rules

  • Participation in this giveaway constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Terms & Conditions and to the decisions of Buttonhook Concepts LLC, which are final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway.

  • This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, LaRue, or Radian.

  • By entering, participants release Facebook and Instagram from any responsibility or liability related to this promotion.
